In order to provide optimal care to our patients after regular office hours, we offer a specialized nurse triage service to answer all your medical questions that cannot wait until our clinic is open. Staffed by pediatric nurses, this service offers the advice and support you need in order to best manage your child's illness. Nurses will return your call within 30 minutes of your message and will contact our physicians for guidance if needed. To utilize this service, you will be charged a fee of $25 per call that is added to your account and is your responsibility to pay. For patients with Medicaid and CHIPS insurance, this fee will not apply. When you call The Children's Clinic after regular business hours, a prompt will lead you to dial 5 to access this service. Please follow the instructions and your call will be returned promptly.
During regular office hours our skilled nursing staff is available to answer all your medical questions at no charge. You may also want to visit the Healthy Children website to utilize this parent resource to answer many of your medical questions.
Our pediatricians are on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week for our patients who need further specialized care at local hospitals' emergency rooms.
Telemedicine services are also available during regular office hours. Our schedulers will assist you in making those appointments. Self-scheduling of appointments is also available through our patient portal.
